Safety Operation Tips


  1. Please select the appropriate material model according to the workpiece material: M2 TiN coated model for wood, plastic and ordinary steel, M35 cobalt model for stainless steel and high hardness alloy steel.
  2. Please wear professional protective equipment during operation, including safety goggles, work gloves, to avoid injury from flying chips.
  3. Please control the reasonable rotation speed and feed speed according to the workpiece material: low speed and slow feed for hard materials like stainless steel, to avoid overheating and edge chipping.
