Safety Operation Tips

1. Before operation, please ensure that the magnetic base is firmly adsorbed on a clean, flat and rust-free steel workpiece surface. It is forbidden to start drilling when the magnetic base is not fully adsorbed.
2. Please wear professional protective equipment during operation, including safety goggles, work gloves and anti-slip safety shoes, to avoid injury from iron chips and splashing coolant.
3. It is strictly forbidden to overload the equipment. Please select the appropriate drill bit and control the reasonable feed speed according to the material and aperture of the workpiece. For the 8860E model, please adjust the appropriate rotation speed according to the processing material.
4. Please use professional metal cutting fluid during drilling, which can effectively extend the service life of the drill bit and improve the hole quality.
5. Before maintenance and replacement of accessories, please disconnect the power supply and release the magnetic base suction to ensure operation safety.
